ANC Voting Investigations

ANC to investigate election list process....

2011-04-10

The African National Congress (ANC) would investigate allegations that the candidate list process was manipulated, party national organiser and head of campaigns, Fikile Mbalula, said on Sunday the SABC reported.

Fikile Mbalula
Party National Organiser and Head of Campaigns and also
                                                     Sport and Recreation Minister

The investigations would only take place after the local government elections on May 18.

This followed allegations that the ANC in the North West "ignored or removed candidates that were preferred by communities, and also those of its alliance partners", the SABC reported.

Mbalula, also sport and recreation minister, addressed an election rally at Letlhabile township near Brits.

"Mbalula warned of action against the alleged fraudsters in the ANC's list process and those who use the organisation for personal gain," the SABC reported.

Any ANC investigation means nothing and is just a time-buyer for them to carry on in their wreckess normal fashion. This "investigation" means even less so since it will be after the event and nothing will come of it.

Mbalula is "party national organiser and head of campaigns", but does not know offhand who 'tampered' with candidate lists? That FIGURES!!
