This is Ponte City.

It is located in the Berea suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa.

It is a 185-meter-high cylindrical building with 55 stories and Africa’s tallest residential skyscraper.

I'm sure the designers and developers did not have this in mind when they designed and built it!

Apparently, Ponte was sold and there have been many changes and upgrades to the building.
